A rapid decline in the quality of secondary math has demanded for a major reformation in this field. . The reformers are now under pressure to devise and develop a unified strategy which would totally eliminate the problem of low mathematical standards in our future generation. In this 21st century, the only field which could provide continual and reliable solutions would be " Educational technology". The success of technology integration in the classroom relies totally on its appropriate usage both in its implementation and operation. Therefore, appropriate use of educational technologies can provide the best solutions to many of the problems in secondary mathematics.
Mathematics education as defined in the Wikiipedia Encyclopedia is the study of practices and methods of both teaching and learning of mathematics. Traditionally , mathematics was taught to meet the standards set by local and national authorities. Due to the weakening of teaching and learning performances in the domains targeted by the previous goals , the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP ) and the U.S. Department of Education have revised their goals.
