Project description
The aim of this project is to develop a website that will help AfricaWorking go live and get to be known to their target market, in this case, Kenya and South Africa. The website will contain what activities take place at AfricaWorking. These activities include training and skills acquisition and job placement. As a result, we need a website plan to facilitate the whole process of marketing AfricaWorking.
Project objectives
The objectives of this project are to provide a way of:
- Disseminating information about AfricaWorking to the outside world
- Engaging the public through linked channels of communications such as the social networks and direct messaging.
- Increasing credibility since with the available testimonials, they gain more trust to AfricaWorking.

The deliverable for this project management plan is a website.

Project Scope Management.
The scope of the AW website Project is to plan, design, build and launch a clean, professional and attractive website that will not only steer AW into the market but also create a presence in the market.
- The website should accommodate all the possible visitors of the website. For example, Companies in AW, companies looking to join AW and learners undergoing employment and entrepreneurship programs should have their space in the website design and content.
- Access permissions should be put in place to allow the appropriate and/or authorized personnel update content in the website.
- AW social media platforms should be integrated to the website.
- The website should incorporate Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) in order to measure the conversion rate capability of the website to convert companies visiting the website to join AW.
Any required change that will be out of the scope defined will have to presented to the management by the project manager for approval.
