What are your motivations for learning English?
People usually work harder, when they dream big, it refers to how motivation influences to them. Motivation is an inspiration, which helps to people move on with a great power. There are two types of motivation: intrinsic and extrinsic. If you are interested to know the differences between them, you can enjoy with reading.
Nowadays, most of people go to work because they don’t want to be fired. That kind of people starts their morning without stimulation. It means they externally motivated themselves by this way. In any case, due to extrinsic motivation, people can be stressed or annoying. Extrinsic motivation has the motivating factors which are outside, such as money or bonus, while intrinsically motivated people can enjoy and admire with their action or result of goals. For instance, student can refuse the money for his invention of little robots, as he does it for his interest or desire. It’s important to point that, if we admire with our usual action, we can learn more, improve skills, and be satisfied. As a result of the differences between two motivations is our feelings by acting, our internal harmony and result. If we are delighted by doing something , we will be in harmony with ourselves, which can be result of success. For example, some students entered to Apec because it is free to study besides, they shows their reluctance to work in the petroleum industry. Accordingly, those students can’t be professional employees.
Before entering Apec, I told my father that I prefer to study my occupation in English language. Then I have motivated to learn English language, because I was interested in learning English. Unfortunately, some people have challenges with memorizing, and learning language gives them arduously. I apply myself to that person, because of that I am not professional English speaker, even the writer. However, learning English is enjoyable to me, I am working on myself to improve writing and speaking skills. Reading magazines and watching movies in English inspirits me and sparks interest in learning English.
