Communication is the act of speaking ones thoughts or opinions, and to be perfect would be to have no flaws. To answer this question you would have to first answer: is there flaws with today's communication? I think not but others may say there is, and that is exactly why I think its perfect. for someone to disagree with that statement would be a form of communication, therefore communication exist and it is engaged always.

People communicate constantly, and in different languages further then speech.

Freedom of speech has made it possible for people to say whatever is on their mind if its wrong or not. Disagreement is a form of communication and it is flawless. And every action you make is a form of communication and it is also flawless, but if the disagreement, and or your actions are not perfect doesn't mean the communication between the two aren't.

Body language and your actions speak for you in times when you rather not say anything, and you failed in communicating when you didn't fully speak your mind or get your point across. If the world wasn't communicating constantly growth would come to an end. If communication had flaws then communication would not exist, and if that was so then that would be another problem of the world.

The lack of communication is not an error with communication it is just a failed attempt to send a message. Every time you send a message it is a form of communication, if that message doesn't reach its receiver then that is a miscommunication, and not a blemish of communication.

In conclusion the idea of communication has no flaws, the lack of communication is the failed attempted to speak, and the miscommunication is the failed attempt to communicate witch is still communicating, and therefore communication in itself has always been perfect, and will remain perfect
