Feeling an emotion called Anxiety which is generally negative in connotation and affects
Decision-making in the areas if professionalism, inter-personal affairs and also fiscal
Management. Anxiety refers to a complex combination of negative
Emotions that includes fear, stress, apprehension and worry, and is often accompanied by
Physical sensations such as palpitations, nausea, chest pain and/or shortness of breath.
Anxiety is a feeling that has four main components, Cognitive, Somatic, Emotional, and
Behavioral. The cognitive feeling is where you sense danger, fear, or worry. Afterwards,
That is when the Somatic part comes in. The Somatic component prepares the body to
Deal with the threat, by which the blood pressure rises, heart beat increases and excessive
Perspiration (Sweating) occurs.
After the Somatic component takes effect, the Emotional
Component begins to play its role, causing a sense of dread or panic, and possibly nausea
And chills. The last part is the Behavioral component, where both voluntary and
Involuntary behaviors may arise, directed at trying to escape or avoid the direct source of
Anxiety. However, anxiety is not entirely pathological or uncommon. It is a common
Emotion that comes along with life and with other emotions like fear, anger, sadness and
Happiness and is important to survival but yet is quite unfortunate for persons have a low
Tolerance
