From the table and graph, it is clear that the checking balance for customers varies from $80 to $6392.5. There are many customers having more than $2000 in their account. Around $3500 to $5000, the account balances tend to cluster, especially around $4000 to $4500.

The mean of the balance is 3749.67, and the standard deviation of the balance is 1492.26. The IQR of the balance is 4866.88-2803.12=2063.76. The 1.33SD=1984.71. The IQR is not equal to 1.33SD. The mean of the balance is not equal to the median and the mode. And according to the Q-Q plot, most of data are not on the regression line. Thus, the distribution of checking account balances is not a normal distribution.
