1.0 INTRODUCTION
Administrative Office Management III (OSM553) course examines the administrative office manager’s role in planning, organizing and controlling office services and systems. It also covers the concepts and procedures of managing physical and technical resources of the office, and scheduling the workforce. This course describes the concept of office system approach to office function, the importance of office environment and its effects on office productivity. Adding more, this course showed the concept of office operation management and office administrative services.
Administrative Office Management III (OSM553), we were instructed to select an organization and required to observe and write a report of administrative office system that is automated of an organization. We have chosen the management of Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang (HTAR).
To obtain detailed data and accurate information, we have narrowed the scope of our observation and focusing on the Human Resource Information System (HRMIS) which is the system provide a human resource information system that is open and flexible, and enable all employees in HTAR to updates their personal information.
Starting the report by introducing the organization history and background, we proceeded to the next chapter by providing the report with the details of the related topic that we used in gather the accurate data and information. Through the observation and interviewed with Puan Nor Nadia Binti Ali Jinnah (Pegawai Tadbir), we finally managed to come out with the findings. At the end of the report, we also provide some conclusions and the recommendations of the observation result.
Finally, after we have contributed our best effort, we strongly hope that this report will meet the requirements needed by our lecturer and also the course, as well.

2.0 REVIEW OF HRMIS
The growing use of internet had made e-government possible for many countries, even for developing countries. Government around the world is investing in the development of e-government services. One of the e-government services that are gaining importance in Malaysia is the HRMIS.
Through our searching for an organization, we manage to get Ministry of Health Malaysia to cooperate with us for the success of this project. Before we analyze the organization’s record management system, we go through the organization’s background to get to know the organization better.
For our research, we will observe the record management in Ministry of Health Malaysia Human Resources Department. There are many officers and staff working in these agencies. All information and employee data should be stored in a manner that effectively and safely. To implement a system has been developed, which HRMIS a broad application in the public sector human resource management through the sophistication of a world-class ICT in line with the government's vision.
Human Resource management unit plays an important role to the government sector. The Government is committed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency Human Resource Management (HRM) and information technology communication technology (ICT) through the development of the latest Government Flagship Electronics. In line with these efforts, Project Information System PSM or Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) was implemented as a pilot project in under the e-Government applications.
3.0 ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND
3.1 Nature of Business
Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (HTAR), Klang began operations in April 1985. It is a government hospital with over 800 beds and 20 clinical areas located in the South Klang in Klang, Selangor. The hospital provides primary health services and health care national expert chosen.
