Time Management

Time Management is the ability to recognize and solve personal time management problems. Personally, I have good time management skills; I am able to control of my time and life, of my stress and energy levels. I make progress at work and it able to maintain balance between my work, personal, and family life. I have enough flexibility to response to surprises of new opportunities.
My self assessment results didn't particularly focus on my use of time management, but the weakness that I do have in result of being in control of my daily life, is the fact that I have a child that sometimes don't get the necessary attention needed for a one year old. I need to rearrange my schedule and ensure that my son gets the adequate attention that he needs.
Working two jobs, going to school, and raising my child on my own has definitely tested my time management skills. I have proven to myself that I am able to bring a balance into my life, what I tend to do is spend five to ten minutes planning my activities with a daily to do list. I start my day with that list and write a plan for the next day listing my daily things to do. It is important to me to actually write my tasks. My weakness is that I tend to procrastinate every now and then depending on my personal situation, such obstacles that be the primary reason why I procrastinate, but I have difficulties saying no, delegating, or making time management decisions.
I plan on further developing my skill by continue to do what I'm doing as far as making lists and seeing to it that I plan to do what I set out to do. My goal in developing this skill is to work on not procrastinating, even though it's not a big problem at this current time it will eventually become one, so staying more focus is my primary goal. I'll give myself a good year before I've fully improved as far as procrastinating is concern. I believe that in a year's time
