Integrity Integrity is one of the best values a person can have. Company should be very pleased to have an employee with great morals because the rest will follow. All the things I have to offer in the workplace stem from my integrity. Integrity is the most important value that I carry with me always. I will never compromise my values for anyone. I have not yet been in a position where my company has asked me to do something that would go against my beliefs. "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything."
Excellence When I first started working for my company I promised myself that I would go above and beyond. I wanted to achieve excellence. I was the most talked about new employee. My first customer transaction went well, but I still went the extra mile to make the customer more satisfied. Excellence is second because you will only do well at your job if you have the desire to. When I know that I have a hard work day coming up, I try not to dread it, but I want to achieve excellence so I can excel.
Respect Respect is a major issue in the workplace. All workers should respect the options, work space, and time of their co-workers. I work in a very competitive environment, but I make it a point to never undercut my fellow co-worker. Respect is my third most important value because I prefer to work in a relaxed environment. Everyday I am forced to make decisions out of respect for those I work with. I could receive a lead that may be very beneficial to me, but out of respect, I pass it on to the respective party.
