Today, another person's soul has been taken away up to heaven. Today, another person had died in peace. That person was my own grandmother. My grandma died due to old age and may she rest in peace. My grandma was the most strong-willed and independent woman i ever known in my life. Grandma raised three kids as a single mother. She has raised two strong-willed women; My aunt donna and my own mother, Nita and she raised a fine gentlmen, my uncle Don.
The day that i was entered into this world that was filled with craze and rage, She was their for me. She was like my second mother. She has never back me down and she was their for me in evry stage of my life and now she is not here and i have to learn about life on my own. I would like to share one of my favorite memories that i had with my grandma. I was only two or three years old. I was riding with my dad and the car has broken down. So my dad called my grandma to take me home. Grandma picked me up and she took me home in a different way that my dad would normal take me home. So i fussed and fussed and my grandma did everything possible to comfort me but i kept fussing and fussing. When we got home, i stopped fussing and my grandma was baffled and later that day she realized that she has taken me home in different way.
Grandma, I hope you resting peace in heaven and watching over us all. Grandma, we all miss you dearly and we all will honor you by remembering you!!
