Relaxation
We all have a time in our lives when we become worn-out by our everyday lives. This is when we take time to rejuvenate our bodies. Everyone has a different tactic to momentarily forgetting our stress. For some people, it is simply taking a nice, hot bath, shutting your eyes, and forget everything around them. Others may imagine a far away place, and focus on controlled, slowed breathing, which slows your heart rate cause causes your body to feel somehow gone. There are many, many different maneuvers people use, and each one effects each person differently, but overall, they all help you feel newer in a way, relinquished, and calm.
Anger
Everyone has a point in almost everyday when they feel like they cannot go on without screaming or somehow venting. On a daily basis, there is someone or something around us that irritates us. For example, when a house trained animal goes to the bathroom on new, white carpet. This would make any “normal” person seethe! This feeling is expressed differently by different people. Some may yell or scream, while other hit or kick because of being umbraged in some way.
Heartache
Throughout our lives, we encounter many difficult situations. These situations lead to grief. This emotion can be conveyed by multiple things throughout our lifetimes. A great number of people experience dolor at a young age because of the death of a loved one. Others, do not undergo despondency until later on in life when they dissolute from a partner. There are numerous reasons people go through affliction, but the point is, it is a very tough, agonizing transition in everyone’s life.
